Paint renovation

Kassbohrer K.SSL trailers after 8–12 years of operation require anti-corrosion coating renovation. We perform:

  • Abrasive blasting to Sa 2.5 (bare metal)
  • Two-layer epoxy primer (60–80 µm)
  • Two-layer PUR 2K topcoat (50–80 µm/layer)
  • Durability: 8–12 years

For aluminium K.SKS: anodised coating renovation, aluminium micro-crack sealing, optional epoxy coating on vessel.

Pneumatic system

  • Pneumatic hose repair and replacement
  • Discharge valves — service, replacement
  • Aeration pads — replacement (all types for silo trailers)

  • Safety valves — legalisation and replacement

TDT pressure vessel inspection
