TDT Inspections for Silo and Cement Trailers
PHS Magnum provides complete TDT inspection preparation for silo and cement trailers conducted by TDT inspectors. We hold authorisation for repair and modernisation of pressure vessels on road vehicles.
Preparation Scope
- Leak test of tank and air chambers
- Replacement of safety valves and fill valves
- Replacement of hatch seals and nozzles
- Inspection and repair of the pneumatic system (compressors, valves, pipes)
- Inspection and repair of pressure gauges and thermometers
- Documentation compilation: vessel documents, repair protocols, material certificates
