Silo Trailer Renovation – Complete Process

PHS Magnum carries out full paint renovation of silo trailers, cement trailers, fodder tankers and flour tankers. We operate our own spray booth and sandblasting equipment, ensuring quality control at every stage.

Renovation Steps

  1. Disassembly – removal of external fittings (ladders, handrails, lighting, covers)
  2. Sandblasting – complete removal of old coating and rust by abrasive blasting
  3. Priming – anti-corrosion primer (epoxy or zinc-based)
  4. Topcoat painting – two coats of finishing paint in customer colour (RAL/NCS)
  5. Reassembly – refitting components, replacement of worn parts
  6. Marking – application of ADR markings, company logos, registration numbers

We use products from leading industrial paint manufacturers, providing resistance to corrosion, UV and mechanical damage.
