The PHS Magnum mobile truck tyre service means truck tyre replacement and repair at the breakdown site — at a rest area, a car park, the customer’s depot or on the A4 hard shoulder — without towing the vehicle to a workshop. Truck tyre replacement en route — without towing
A blown or damaged truck tyre immobilises the vehicle, but rarely requires towing. A PHS Magnum mobile tyre fitter arrives with a workshop van equipped with a 12 bar compressor, a truck tyre mounting/demounting machine, a hot vulcaniser, a balancer and a stock of tyres in standard sizes. The replacement or repair takes place on site, and the driver continues the route.
This is usually 4–5× faster and cheaper than towing to a tyre workshop with several hours of downtime.

- Tyre replacement — tractor unit 315/80 R22.5, 295/80 R22.5, 385/65 R22.5; trailer 385/55 R22.5, 425/55 R22.5
- Chemical repair — punctures 5–25 mm in the tread, patch + vulcanisation
- Hot vulcanisation — larger repairable damage
- Valve replacement TR-414, TR-415 and inner tubes
- Static balancing on the hub, without removing the wheel
- Pressure check (preventive — low pressure risks overheating and a blowout)
Brands stocked in the workshop van: Continental, Michelin, Goodyear, Pirelli. Special sizes — from the Chorula warehouse, courier in 1–2 hours.
