DAF service at PHS Magnum (Chorula near Opole, 4 km from the A4 junction) is an independent workshop for DAF XF, CF and LF tractors with factory DAVIE5 diagnostics. We have a unique advantage: we operate our own fleet of 26 DAF XF 480 Euro 6 tractors, so we know these vehicles from daily work. DAF service in Chorula — our own fleet = expertise
PHS Magnum has operated a fleet of 26 DAF XF 480 Euro 6 tractors for well over a decade. This translates directly into service expertise — we know every element of the DAF XF design, its typical faults, weak points and the service life of wear components.
DAF Opole — for transport fleets operating in the Opole region, the KSSE Strzelce zone, Kędzierzyn-Koźle and Lower Bavaria (via the A4) — we are a service base located at a strategic road junction (4 km from the A4). The 14-bay hall gives us capacity for the full package of mechanical repairs, EBS work and accident repair.
DAF models serviced
XF MX-13 generation (Euro 6) — 460/480/530 hp, 2/3-axle chassis. Full DAVIE5 diagnostic support, DPF/SCR repairs, EBS5 (Wabco TEBS-G2), retarder.
XF 106 (earlier Euro 6 years) — MX-11/MX-13 engines. Typical interventions: DPF regeneration, AdBlue system repair, EBS modulator replacement.
XF 105 (Euro 5/6) — popular in Polish transport. PACCAR MX engine repair, clutch overhaul, frame repair.
CF and LF — distribution and light tractors. Full EBS brake support, diagnostics, pneumatics repair.

Service scope
Scheduled servicing
“M” package (every 100,000 km or annually): engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter changes, fluid level checks, EBS and pneumatics check, clutch check, brake check, AdBlue check, DAVIE5 diagnostic report.
“S” package (every 200,000 km or 2 years): additionally coolant replacement, gearbox oil, air dryer cartridge, EBS calibration, engine compression check, replacement of indicated items (belts, hoses).
DAVIE5 diagnostics
The full DAF diagnostic system — reading faults from the MX-13 engine, EBS5 braking system, AdBlue/SCR, air conditioning, immobiliser and fuel system. Fault clearing, sensor calibration, key programming.
Brake and EBS repair
Brake calliper overhaul, disc and pad replacement, Wabco TEBS-G2 modulator repair, wheel sensor replacement, diaphragm chamber repair. Post-repair EBS test (Wabco/Knorr-Bremse) with a printed report.
AdBlue/SCR repair
Urea doser replacement, AdBlue pump repair, NOx sensor replacement (upstream/downstream of the SCR), DPF regeneration (forced burn-off), DPF replacement, system calibration. With Euro 6 emissions compliance documentation.
DAF cab accident repair
Cab straightening, replacement of longitudinal and cross members, bodywork, MIG/MAG welding (ISO 9606-1 certified), polyurethane painting, replacement of glazing and interior components, calibration of ACC cameras and radars after accident repair.
Mobile DAF service
Reach: Opole in 30 minutes, the A4 (service areas, junctions) in 45–90 minutes, Krapkowice/Kędzierzyn in 30–45 minutes, Gliwice in 70–90 minutes. Mobile mechanic with DAVIE5 and EBS5 diagnostics, equipped for typical faults in the field.
Cooperation with DAF fleet operators
For fleets of more than 5 DAF vehicles — a service care programme with a dedicated account manager, servicing schedule, monthly reporting, contract pricing and workshop priority. We are happy to talk to smaller fleets too (a few vehicles) — the value of the partnership grows over time. For hauliers running silo trailers, we can also carry out TDT inspections of the pressure vessel, trailer EBS diagnostics and the full heavy vehicle service in one workshop — tractor and trailer serviced together.
