PHS Magnum in Chorula is a specialist silo and cement trailer service centre located 15 km from Opole city centre and 4 km from motorway A4 (Gogolin junction). Services for silo and cement trailers

Paint renovation

Sandblasting to Sa 2.5 (DIN EN ISO 8501-1), epoxy primer, two-coat PUR 2K topcoat. Documented dry film thickness: 120–160 µm. Durability: 8–12 years. Aluminium tanks (Spitzer SF/SK series) treated with non-iron blast media to prevent contamination.

Full renovation including disassembly and reassembly: 10–15 working days. Often combined with TDT preparation for a single trip.

Pneumatic system service

Silo trailers discharge bulk material pneumatically — when the aeration or valve system fails, the trailer is immobilised at the discharge point. We carry out:

• Aeration pad replacement (all brands)
• Butterfly valve and S-valve repair and replacement
• Hose and fitting replacement
• Compressor and blower inspection
• Armature replacement (Spitzer, Feldbinder, Kassbohrer, Hartmann)

TDT pressure vessel inspections

TDT inspection is mandatory every 3 years (external) and 6 years (internal) for bulk material trailers operating under pressure. The TDT inspector comes to the workshop in Chorula — no need to drive the trailer separately to a TDT inspection point.

Preparation includes: wall thickness measurement, weld inspection, armature check, safety valve recalibration, cleaning, and documentation. See TDT inspection details.
