Silo trailer pneumatic system
The most common silo trailer breakdowns at industrial loading/unloading points involve the pneumatic discharge circuit:
- Discharge and collective valves — Spitzer SF/SK series, Feldbinder, Kassbohrer. On-site valve replacement or emergency repair.
- Aeration pads — cleaning to restore flow, or full pad replacement if fabric is torn or saturated.
- Transfer hoses and Camlock couplings — replacement of damaged hoses, re-sealing of coupling faces.
- Pressure safety valves — if valve has discharged due to line blockage, inspection and reset or replacement.
Brakes and EBS
- EBS diagnostics (Wabco TEBS G2/G3) — fault code reading and clearing on-site

Non-driveable vehicles can be transported to Chorula by flatbed (we can arrange). For vehicles that can drive, the A4 route is direct: Kędzierzyn-Koźle (Blachownia junction) → A4 east → Gogolin exit → 4 km to workshop.
