ISO 9001:2015 — DEKRA Certification
PHS Magnum’s quality management system is certified to EN ISO 9001:2015 by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. — an independent conformity assessment body accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA).
Scope of certificate: road transport of bulk and packaged materials, transloading, service and repair of specialist trailers (silo trailers, cement trailers), heavy goods vehicle repair.
Recertification every 3 years, annual surveillance audit. Current certificate issue: 2024.

- Customer satisfaction monitoring and complaint procedures

TDT authorizations (Polish Transport Technical Supervision)
PHS Magnum holds authorizations issued by the Polish TDT (Transportowy Dozór Techniczny) — the state authority overseeing pressure vessels in road transport. This enables the company to:
- Perform technical inspections of silo trailers, cement trailers, tankers, concrete pumps and truck mixers required for the vehicle’s approval to carry pressurized cargo
- Carry out repairs of pressure vessels (tank welding, safety valve replacement, aeration system regeneration)
- Prepare documentation for TDT inspections and coordinate with TDT inspectors

EU Community License for road transport of goods
PHS Magnum holds the EU community license for road transport of goods, issued by the Polish Chief Inspectorate of Road Transport (GITD).
Scope:
- Domestic and international transport within the entire EU territory (per Regulation (EC) 1072/2009)
- Vehicles with maximum permissible mass above 3.5 t
- No directional restrictions
The license is the legal basis for performing road transport of goods in the EU and one of the four requirements for access to the occupation of road transport operator (alongside good repute, financial standing and professional competence — Regulation (EC) 1071/2009).
