Parking Spaces and Paperwork (Polish-Licensed Operators)
Carriers holding a Polish road transport operator authorisation must have an operating centre with at least one third of the number of vehicles reported to the authority in parking spaces (Art. 5(2c) of the Polish Road Transport Act, consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025 item 1490). With up to two vehicles reported, one space is enough. Art. 5(2d) allows spaces at several sites in Poland to be added together.
