In short
Hauliers and construction firms rarely run a uniform fleet. Alongside silo trailers for dry bulk run tankers, while concrete pumps work on site. PHS Magnum in Chorula near Opole (4 km from the A4) services all of them at one base: a shared TDT schedule, certified welding and mobile service. One contact instead of five — less downtime, one set of documents.
A mixed fleet is the norm
A carrier hauling PE/PP granulate by silo trailer often also runs tanker contracts, and a construction firm combines bulk material haulage with concrete pump work. Each group has its own equipment but shared service denominators: steel structures to weld, pressure systems and — crucially — TDT supervision.
Three things that bind a mixed fleet
1. Shared TDT supervision
A silo trailer’s pressure vessel and a concrete pump are both under TDT. Instead of separate dates, we run one TDT inspection calendar for the whole fleet.
2. Certified structural welding
The same ISO 9606-1 welders restore silo trailer tanks and — on concrete pumps — boom structures.
3. One operating base
The base by the A4 combines service, base rental and mobile service in one location, 4 km from the junction.

Less downtime, one invoice
For a fleet manager, availability is everything. One service for a mixed fleet means: one call instead of five, one TDT plan, one set of documentation, shorter total downtime. With a base 4 km from the A4 junction, access from Silesia and the DACH region is fast.
